Bert Vredegoor, b1956.  Dutch artist who studied at ArtEZ, the Academy of Art & Design in Arnhem. In the work of Vredegoor, direction and lighting are important theme. His works are created by placing several layers on top of each other that are always judged in his quest for a balance between wealth and sobriety, tone and color.
 
The work of Vredegoor is in various private and corporate collections. It is also included in the collection of the Dutch National Cultural Heritage Agency
