Frederic Menguy (1927-2007). Colourful figurist.  Studied at City of Paris Art School and later became professor there. Member of the Salon d'Automne and member of the Committee of the Societe Nationale des Beaux Arts. Winner of the Critics in 1968. Exhibited worldwide and his works are in many museums. Before his death in 2007, classified his own work as, "Reality is not my world. The world of dreams is my reality and my work reflects that world.”
